I rarely write reviews, but this experience was bad enough that people should be warned.
This company operates with what feels like classic bait-and-switch tactics. What’s promised upfront is absolutely not what you get once you’re locked in. The lack of transparency is frustrating at best and deceptive at worst.
Customer service is essentially nonexistent. When you try to get help, you’re met with vague responses, zero accountability, and no real solutions. It’s clear they’re more focused on getting your money than actually supporting their customers.
I’ve reported this to both the BBB and the FCC because this kind of behavior shouldn’t be ignored. Companies like this take advantage of people who are acting in good faith—and that’s unacceptable.
