Stay away from this service. We purchased tickets for a flight from a city to a destination, and the price seemed unrealistically low. The following day, we were informed that the ticket did not cover any luggage, and the fare we paid also did not allow for the purchase of extra luggage, even at the airport. They suggested we buy a more expensive ticket if we needed that option. When we contacted the airline, they had no record of our reservation. After paying for a non-refundable fare, we had to cancel our credit card to avoid being charged for tickets that were never confirmed. It's alarming to think others might fall victim to these fraudulent practices.
