Avoid this service. We purchased tickets for a flight, and the price seemed unrealistically low. The next day, we were told the ticket did not include luggage, and we had no option to purchase more, even at the airport. We contacted the airline and found out they had no reservation for us. After paying for a non-refundable fare, we had to cancel our credit card to protect ourselves against fraudulent tickets. This service is a scam, and it’s concerning that others may be affected by these practices.
