When hiring a car through this website it gave me the impression that I bought a full coverage insurance. When I got in touch with the actual car hire company they told me that whatever insurance I had board their was not relevant for them. Also, check24 did not tell me that I would not be able to hire a car because I only had a debit card. Basically they provided an entirely unnecessary service, provided confusing and unnecessary information and made us almost end up without a hire car. In the end I paid 60% cancellation fee (less than 24h before pick up) for a service that I would not have been able to access in the first place. Try to book with the actual companies and not to go through intermediaries.
