Charged 125€ THREE times for a “one-time” VIN check
I purchased what appeared to be a single VIN report. There was no clear or explicit information that this would activate a recurring subscription.
I later discovered that my card was charged 125€ three times, starting from December and then every month, without any clear reminder or consent.
This is a highly misleading subscription model. I did not intend to subscribe and did not use the service beyond the first report.
I have contacted my bank and initiated a chargeback for all charges.
Extremely disappointing experience. Be very careful with this website.
