Charged 125€ THREE times for a “one-time” VIN check
I purchased what appeared to be a single VIN report. There was no clear or explicit information that this would activate a recurring subscription.
I later discovered that my card was charged 125€ three times, starting from December and then every month, without any clear reminder or consent.
This is a highly misleading subscription model. I did not intend to subscribe and did not use the service beyond the first report.
I have contacted my bank and initiated a chargeback for all charges.
Extremely disappointing experience. Be very careful with this website.
FRAUD - This service needs to be taken down and investigated. Like many others who have shared their experiences, I was also charged a fee of 99 Euros due to an automatic signup. I had only requested one vehicle check, and when I reached out for clarification regarding the monthly fee, they claimed I had consented to it. Their response to my email was prompt, but it was evident that it was a generic reply prepared for those misled by these charges. It is clear that the service intentionally obscures the signup process for users.
I used a service to check a vehicle, and just three days later, I was charged €130 for an annual subscription I never agreed to. Their system seems intentionally misleading, leading users into unexpected payments. When I reached out to their support team to request a refund—calmly explaining that I did not need or consent to any subscription—they outright refused and shifted the blame onto me. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the quality of their report is subpar. The information provided is significantly less comprehensive than what other providers offer. It’s simply not worth the expense. I strongly recommend avoiding this service; there are far better and more trustworthy options available.
