As many negative reviews have pointed out, they will keep you engaged until you decide to book a car. After that, they seem to vanish. I had a signed lease agreement, but they claimed the vehicle I chose was faulty and suggested another option. Upon reviewing the contract, I realized it was a residual value lease with a value almost identical to the current price, just about 300 EUR less. I opted to cancel the contract, thinking it would be better to purchase instead of lease, and emailed them on 14th November 2025 to request cancellation. Despite several follow-ups, they were uninterested in acknowledging my request. It wasn't until I posted a review on 1st December 2025 that I finally received confirmation of my cancellation on 4th December 2025, stating that any deposit would be refunded. On the same day, I asked how long the refund would take but received no reply. My review was then removed for being defamatory. I've sent multiple follow-ups regarding the refund of my delivery fees, yet no response has come. After around 40 attempts, I managed to connect via phone, but they promised a two-day wait and then became unreachable again. I’ve tried to stay polite, but this situation is causing me significant stress. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and I still have no answers.
