I had a signed lease agreement, but they claimed the chosen car was faulty and recommended another. Upon reviewing the contract, I found it was a residual value lease with a value nearly equal to the current price, only about 300 EUR less. I decided to cancel the contract, believing it was better to buy, and emailed on 14th November 2025 to request cancellation. Despite several follow-ups, they showed little interest in acknowledging my request. After posting a review on 1st December 2025, I finally received confirmation of my cancellation on 4th December 2025, stating that any deposit paid would be refunded. On the same day, I inquired about the refund timeline but received no response. My review was removed for being defamatory. I’ve sent numerous follow-ups regarding the refund for my delivery fees, yet have received no reply. After about 40 attempts, I managed to reach someone by phone, but they promised a two-day wait and then became unreachable again. I’ve tried to remain courteous, but this situation is causing me significant stress. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and I still have no answers.
