Avoid this company entirely! I faced the same issue as many others. They deducted £39 from my account despite not signing up for any subscription, and I received no confirmation email regarding any membership. I contacted their customer service, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The representative was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Everything about this feels deceitful and untrustworthy.
