As what everyone else is saying - they hid the fact that after paying £5.95 for a one off check on a car, they then took 3 more monthly payments from us of £39.90 (before I realised). When I contacted them and asked for the money back they told me I had automatically subscribed by getting the one off check so I couldn't have any money back. Would advise anybody else not to use them, the website is very unclear and deliberately misleading with it's pricing, as can also be seen by other peoples reviews written about them.I have emailed Checkmycar 3 times (the last time they didn't respond) and they say - the charges and subscription terms are shown on their website so they will not refund me, I therefore see no point in contacting them again as they are suggesting in their response to me on Trustpilot.
