Had an unexpected fee of 39.99 a couple of days after I did a cheap car check. I called them and the they explained that I signed up to a premium membership I asked for a refund and was at first told they couldn’t refund the payment but after I mentioned I’ll make a dispute with my bank they then refunded the payment. That I am very thankful for. The lady on the phone was very helpful and I appreciate the refund. I will use check my car in the future but I will remember to cancel the subscription before 48hrs 😀
