Worst experience ever with an intermediary. I will never book again with this company - their prices are the lowest but in fact there are hidden extras and when you cancel your booking the transaction stays pending on your account for a whole week so you cannot use the funds to make alternative travel arrangements. I have contacted them endless times to solve this, they never replied. Don't touch them with a barge pole if you care about your money!!!
