Brad was very helpful when I booked two flights to Australia. I accidentally booked one way for the return and he changed this for me, keeping within budget. Nothing was too much trouble and they also booked my mum a wheelchair. Thank you.

Positive experience with the agent despite payment issues

I turned to this company after facing some difficulties with another provider. Although the flight seats were sold out and prices were rising quickly, their agent was able to secure tickets for me at a fair rate and was patient while I arranged the payment. The drawback was the payment system, which was quite repetitive and required restarting with any small mistake. So, I give 5 stars to the agent for his calm demeanor, but the payment system falls short.
