I settled my loan, yet my ACH withdrawal still occurred. I had an additional $300 taken out just before Christmas, leaving me with only a dollar in my checking account. I've been informed that I won't see a refund for 5 business days. Just $1 until Friday. Very disappointing experience with the service.
