Unexpected Charges After Loan Payoff

I settled my loan, yet my ACH withdrawal still occurred. I had an additional $300 taken out just before Christmas, leaving me with only a dollar in my checking account. I've been informed that I won't see a refund for 5 business days. Just $1 until Friday. Very disappointing experience with the service.

The process to apply for the loan was easy. Everything was done step by step. The two things I don't like 😞 are how quickly I have to start making payments and the actual amount I have to pay back. That is too much! Yes I chose to take out a loan but it could be lower considering how hard the economy is.
