I had an extremely frustrating experience with Checkr. During my MVR verification process: The system got stuck in a loop, repeatedly sending automated emails telling me to contact the DMV, even though I had already verified my MVR directly with Georgia DDS and they confirmed that all my information was correct. I opened multiple tickets and replied to each email, providing evidence and explaining the situation, but I received the same automated response over and over again, with no one actually reviewing my case. Communication was very slow, and I felt there was no interest in resolving the issue. One agent in particular, “Jhon”, was disrespectful, repeating instructions without acknowledging that I had already completed all the required steps. The portal and system did not accurately reflect my information, causing even more confusion and stress. In short, even though my MVR and license were correct, Checkr failed to process my verification effectively. The experience was overwhelming, repetitive, and unprofessional, and it caused me a lot of frustration.
