**Update** It has been 10 days since I was told my checks were printing. We haven't received them, despite paying for two-day service. After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, I learned the checks are still printing. I tried to cancel the order but couldn't because my name isn't on the checks—they belong to my husband's business. I can place a new order, but not cancel this one. I ordered on 11/25 with rush service and two-day delivery, but when I checked the status online on 12/05, it only provided generic information. My call to customer support was unhelpful, and I was informed that there was an issue with the rush service, which they credited back. I asked why I wasn't notified and received no answer. The entire experience has been unprofessional.
