I placed an order for checks using the company's rush feature. I received a tracking number that proved useless on their website, leaving me without any status updates. Attempts to call went unanswered. I paid for expedited service due to needing checks urgently, and the customer service is practically non-existent. They now mention ongoing production delays, but this was not disclosed at the time of my order. I got confirmation on the 22nd but still no checks. My email inquiries have gone unanswered. I strongly advise anyone needing checks to avoid this company.
I ordered checks two weeks ago, and as of today, I have yet to receive them! My previous orders were fine, but this time I'm extremely frustrated. I paid with a credit card and urgently need these checks. Please inform me if they are on their way.

After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, I learned the checks are still printing. I tried to cancel the order but couldn't because my name isn't on the checks—they belong to my husband's business. I can place a new order, but not cancel this one. I ordered on 11/25 with rush service and two-day delivery, but when I checked the status online on 12/05, it only provided generic information. My call to customer support was unhelpful, and I was informed that there was an issue with the rush service, which they credited back. I asked why I wasn't notified and received no answer. The entire experience has been unprofessional.

He assured me we could use the 3-ring binder checks until the correct ones arrived at no extra charge. It's refreshing to find a business that is so accommodating and gracious. We have ordered checks from them for years without issues regarding timeliness, delivery, or customer service, and we will continue to do so without hesitation.
