One order arrived on November 3, 2025, and the other on November 5, 2025. The second order was for a 3-ring binder, while we needed a 7-ring binder. I called to confirm my order, and the customer service representative was very polite, explaining that I had ordered the wrong size. He assured me we could use the 3-ring binder checks until the correct ones arrived at no extra charge. It's refreshing to find a business that is so accommodating and gracious. We have ordered checks from them for years without issues regarding timeliness, delivery, or customer service, and we will continue to do so without hesitation.
