Booked kids ski lessons in Pamporovo Bulgaria, 3 weeks in advance and payed everything in full.
Arrived at given time in location for a vacation made especially for kids learning how to ski, only to find out that the ski school was not aware of our coming and couldn't train my kids.
Being full season no other ski school was available.
Request for explanations from yeti and received the info that the payed money will be refunded in up to 10 days and they are sorry. No solution to remedy the situation and save a what is turning to be useless vacation.
So checkyeti just used my money for a month and will maybe give them back.
