I’ve been using this service and faced an issue where data exports show as completed in the interface, but the export emails are never received. I reached out to the support team multiple times from late December to early January, providing detailed context, including: Export jobs complete successfully in the interface, but no emails are received (even in spam/junk). The problem persists across various attempts and dates. I specifically requested help to verify: Whether the export emails were actually sent, the email address used, and if there are known delivery issues with certain domains. Unfortunately, despite follow-ups and clear requests for escalation, responses have been very slow, and the issue remains unresolved after over 48 hours. It seems the problem is related to email delivery rather than the export functionality itself. I hope the service can improve its support responsiveness and offer clearer technical troubleshooting for users facing delivery issues.
