I contacted the support team several times between late December and early January, providing detailed technical information, including: Export jobs show as completed, but no emails are received (including spam or junk). The issue continues across multiple attempts and dates. I specifically asked support to confirm: If the export emails were actually sent, the email address used, and if there are known delivery issues with certain domains. Unfortunately, despite follow-ups and requests to escalate to the technical team, responses have been quite slow, and the issue remains unresolved after more than 48 hours. It seems the issue is linked to email delivery rather than the export feature itself. I hope the service can enhance its support responsiveness and offer clearer technical troubleshooting for users facing delivery issues.

I subscribed for a year and completed the tutorials, which I believe are essential. However, when it comes to making actual trades based on the information provided, I find it lacks usefulness. I have other methods for identifying profitable option trades and will stick to those. Significant gains are achievable if you know where to look. They reached out to me, but I haven't heard back since.
