My experience shopping online was incredible. The layout of the website is easy and cute. The shipping was fast, the quality of the underwear was absolutely incredible. I have been invested in my undergarments for years and can’t seem to find affordable, quality pieces that last long and most importantly, fit well. CheekBoss does all of that and more. I’ve never wanted to model for a brand so bad before!!

My daughter and I are both autistic and have sensory issues. Previous to finding Cheekboss, for years my daughter would only wear one brand of underwear and they were only in children's sizes. When she finally outgrew that brand, I spent over a year buying any brand I could find that was close and they were all huge NO's! Enter Cheekboss! I signed up for the free pair and Holy moly! They are soft and seamless and most importantly, they don't give either of us the "ICK" when we touch the fabric. We will never wear anything else!

These so many things I loved🤗 first off the deals that always have going on and promote them in a cool fun type of way and very affordable...I'm a trans girl and Since a yound teen I couldn't never find a truly comfortable undies till I got some from Cheek Boss and love them so much I emailed them and they emailed right back and was so nice and professional. I'm so impressed with it all and cancelled my other subscriptions this girl only wants the best and Cheekboss has it

It was my first time ordering from this company, but I knew I liked their product because my sister gifted me a pair of their underwear. Anyways, I checked out before putting in a promo code they were offering and was super disappointed. I reached out not expecting anything but they honored the promo code and refunded me. Shows amazing customer service. I will absolutely order from them more!

They don’t respond and send product after you cancel that you are then stuck with

I have emailed them numerous times. No one responds. I cancelled my vip and they still sent product. I don’t know how this company and their other brand pop fit stay in business with unscrupulous practices. I’m calling my credit card company for help.

Signed up for the monthly subscription…

Signed up for the monthly subscription first order shipped within a few days. Tracking info shows the order was never delivered. Contacted company 2 weeks after order was shipped was told to.wait another 5 business days. After that i still did not receive order asked for.a refund and told I could only get a credit. Why would I want a.credit if I never got.the order in the 1st place. Had to.file a dispute with credit card. Poor customer service
