I am quite disappointed with my experience with this watchmaker. I received the wrong watch and returned it promptly via a courier, following their guidelines. The package was successfully received back by them, and I have proof of return. However, despite sending four follow-up emails, I have not received any response from customer service: no acknowledgment, no updates, nothing at all. The silence is incredibly frustrating. For a business in the watchmaking field, where trust and professionalism are essential, this level of service is simply unacceptable. The lack of communication and failure to handle a simple return has led to a total loss of trust. At this point, I can only advise potential customers to proceed with great caution.
