The timeframe was important as I intended to give this as a Christmas gift. Instead of taking responsibility for the delay, they blamed me for not being subscribed. To make matters worse, my polite comments on their social media were deleted, and I was blocked from their page. After finally receiving confirmation that my order was canceled and my refund processed on December 5, I felt let down by their slow communication and lack of accountability. I advise potential customers to reconsider ordering, especially if timely delivery is essential.
