I received the same excuses as others, including a claim about staff changes. After finally getting a response, I was given return details and told I would be refunded for postage if I provided my receipt. I returned the items, provided the necessary details, and Australia Post confirmed they received them over two weeks ago. Yet again, my emails regarding the refund have been ignored. The customer service is horrendous, and I feel completely ripped off. They now have both my items and my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Update: after posting this review and submitting a chargeback through my bank, I finally heard from them and received a refund. It seems they only respond when you make enough noise.

That’s over 8 MONTHS... and who knows how much longer if I keep waiting. I've requested a refund; this is incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
