I ordered and paid in May and have been waiting with changing expected dates and limited responses from support, receiving false promises about delays due to staff and warehouse issues. I finally got some of my products in October (5 months later), but parts of my order are still missing. Now, the communication has dropped off again. It’s embarrassing for an Australian company. Update: it’s now the end of November, and after various emails this year, I was told by a representative that I won’t receive my order this year. That’s over 8 MONTHS... and who knows how much longer if I keep waiting. I've requested a refund; this is incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
