I’m facing the same issues as others. I've requested a refund for over a month since the original size is no longer fitting my child, but I’m getting no response. They finally replied, saying a staff member was no longer with the company, and my order was supposedly sent, but I’m still waiting. It’s frustrating to request a refund for a month before they send the order anyway, and now I have to pay for return shipping before receiving my refund. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
