I ordered six items mid June, at which time the website said my order would ship week commencing 7th July. I haven't received a single proactive email from the company advising of the delays; I've sent follow up emails which have all had different timings provided for delivery, with the most recent email (on 20 August) saying they were on track to ship in 10 days. Still no update or delivery - I had saved for these items for ages and ordered specifically for a special family holiday, and am now confident the items won't arrive in time. I'm so unhappy with the customer service, I understand some things are out of their control but there should have been regular, clear, proactive updates on our orders instead of absolutely no correspondence at all.
