I wrote the following to them today on their Facebook/instagram. I don’t have the energy to change the wording for this site as I have been trying to chase up my order from them for months with a severe lack of communication back from them.Hi I placed my order in June, received zero communication that it was delayed, wrote an email to you and you replied saying it would arrive mid-August. Advised you that the lack of initiative and communicating to your customers about delays wasn’t acceptable and you wrote back saying you would communicate better in the future. Another month passed and mid August came and went, so I wrote to you again, after once again receiving no notification of any delays. Yet this time I have had no reply and my order is still not here nor has it been shipped. It is now September and I placed the order in June. Can you please let me know if I will be receiving the 4 items I paid you a lot of money for 3 months ago, as your lack of communication is getting concerning? Thanks.
