Wouldn't even give it a star This company is ridiculous wanted to take my family on a break however was in a horrible hostel as wouldn't call it a hotel at kleopatra sunlight in alanya emailing them with how dirty n dangerous the place was as was told before we left we would be moved hotels but we weren't they left us too it so will be going all the was with this nearly 2k wouldn't have stayed their for free wasn't a holiday for my children trading standards are involved now and I won't stop all my calls have been recorded emails etc etc no matter how long it takes I'll keep going till everyone knows
