After finalizing our holiday, we encountered extra charges for luggage and transfers. At the end of our trip, the driver claimed we weren't on his list. Despite showing him the transfer confirmation, we were denied boarding and had to take a taxi, barely making our flight. We were promised a refund for the taxi, but we're still waiting for a response.
I paid a £555 deposit for a four-night stay for a group event. Despite booking on September 30th, I received no confirmation. Today, I was informed that the hotel changed, with no transfers, and the price increased by £700. They insist the price is the same, but this is not true. I've requested the recording of my booking call, but no one has followed up.
I wish I could rate this service zero stars! I dealt with a representative who promised upgraded rooms, which were never provided. They failed to deliver on our agreement regarding family accommodations and selectively provided recordings of our conversations. My experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. The team has not resolved any issues and I feel threatened with cancellation without a refund. We leave for our trip soon and have received no updates or confirmations. Despite promises to waive cancellation fees, we were still charged. This has been a complete disappointment!
