This company took my money. I ordered their Drinkie Cat Fountain early, expecting delivery in January 2022, but it never arrived due to production issues. I was told that refunds would be issued. The last update about refunds was in 2024, yet I still haven’t received mine. It’s a waste of $99 that could have gone towards my older cat's cancer care bill.
