I ordered a unique gift set for a colleague, which was quite expensive but hard to find, so I was pleased to have it delivered on time. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I tried emailing, using the online chat, and calling the service, but received no replies. While I understand that issues can arise, I am unable to resolve this matter... a very disappointing customer experience.
