When I inquired why it was listed online, I was directed to the head office, which has been unresponsive. They eventually acknowledged the error but insisted on placing the blame on me instead of accepting responsibility. It took them seven days to process a refund, and I'm still uncertain about when it will arrive. This is the worst customer service I've experienced.
