We visited this restaurant for a family Christmas meal, and the experience was quite mixed. The staff member in charge was overly strict, and despite my careful pre-ordering, I faced issues when ordering from the children's menu. The food arrived fine, but there were problems with dessert that led to frustration. I had expected some complications based on prior communication, and unfortunately, the service felt insincere. This experience left a negative impression, and I doubt we will return next year.
