I attempted to book a large table for a Christmas lunch for my team, but the representative was unhelpful, stating they couldn't accommodate more than 12 people. When I suggested splitting into two tables, I was informed that the space was smaller than before, which seemed odd. It appeared they simply didn't want the business. I find it misleading to advertise for Christmas if they are unable to accommodate larger groups.
