A terrible Customer 'Service' experience - if I could have given no stars then I would have...I recently ordered two bouquets for delivery to two separate addresses. Unfortunately the first delivery failed as neither recipient was home - fair enough - and so I arranged a re-delivery of both bouquets to one address for the following week - or so I thought...!I had tried to contact ChefPanda via Whatsapp - the only channel available to me for urgent enquiries - to confirm the information I had provided, but I got no response prior to the rescheduled delivery date so I just had to hope for the best...Perhaps unsurprisingly, the delivery failed again, despite the fact that I had asked for both deliveries to be made to one address and provided a name and contact number - the recipient was definitely home but did not receive the bouquets or any telephone calls...I subsequently emailed ChefPanda to ask what had happened and what the next steps would be. I was advised that the lack of Whatsapp response was due to difficulty accessing Whatsapp messages during the blackout - when I pointed out that I had placed both orders after the blackout occured, I received no further explanation.They also provided no next steps, so I asked again - this time for confirmation that they had tried to contact the recipient at the time of the second delivery - and received a whole list of calls which were made to my mobile number! When I questioned this, I was advised that the recipient would not have been contacted - which seems more than a little counter-productive if you're trying to make a delivery...Finally I asked for my complaint to be escalated to someone actually authorised to make some amends for the fiasco - but to no avail and I eventually just decided it was a waste of my time and gave up - 100 euros paid for nothing.Maybe this is their business model, charging for services and then not actually bothering to provide them - if so, then hopefully it won't be long before everyone else catches on and they go out of business.
