I've order flowers on Feb 17, they agreed to deliver them on the 19th. That day never came, after multiple emails they ended up delivering trash on the 25th. They wouldn't re send it or refund it.
Worse customer service ever, worse service. Do not use them.

Order [170495] – Product not delivered. I request a full refund of 29.08 EUR. If not resolved, I will proceed with a formal Chargeback via my card issuer.I refuse any "future discounts". I only accept full refund. Perished goods is not reason for it being non refundable. Ad it perished within your care. You are responsible for them. Additionally I gave all delivery details that were requested on the site. Later on you sent an email requesting more details which I replied to and gave immediately upon your request. Then you blame me for providing the details late when you asked for them late. This goes against European consumer laws and you have 5 days to refund me before I file a formal Chargeback request with my bank.

When we followed up, we were told there would be a charge to redeliver. Before agreeing to anything, we asked for clarity on whether the product was even still in a deliverable condition - by this point it was nearly three days since the original delivery date. They confirmed it was not. Rather than seeking a solution, they offered a 15% discount on a future order.When we challenged this, pointing out the contradiction in their own records - which confirm we responded within 15 minutes, yet they cite slow response as the reason for refusing resolution - their reply was simply "We have already explained our position." No manager ever responded despite multiple escalation requests.We will not use this company again and would caution anyone ordering from them to think carefully and read the consistent theme in reviews.
Not recommend this sevice! my mom got me flowers for my bday and they were nothing like on the photo, 24tulips out of which 23 same color and only one white, but it was suppose to be at least 5 colors, tulips are very small too. It's not worth the price at all. it's not the first time such negative experience
