My wife was absolutely in Love with her vacuum sealer . Lightweight, powerful, easy to use and store. After a few days we had a problem with the charging adapter. I immediately informed Chef Preserve. To my surprise their friendly staff answered my concerns within a day and after answering a few technical questions as to the problem, with another day they informed that my new vacuum sealer had been shipped to me..
