I love this product. It is so easy to use. No more machines and bags that you have to cut for the right size. I love that the bags come in different sizes that are some easy to use. To me it is the best thing since sliced bread.
The device functioned initially, but when I used it to store my strawberries, I discovered the next day that they had become soft and damaged due to pressure. They spoiled faster than when I kept them in their original grocery store container. Bananas also did not fare well. When I used it for cookies, they were pressed together so tightly that I couldn't separate them. To enjoy the cookies, I had to take three stuck together and eat around the edges. Overall, a disappointing experience.
I got mine around a month ago and I use it frequently. I tried it on half of an avocado on a Tuesday, and when I returned the following Sunday, it was still green and tasted just as fresh as when I first cut it. I’m recommending it to everyone! My only wish is that the glass containers were a bit cheaper. Other than that, it’s fantastic!
I ordered from Hawaii almost a month ago, and there's still no sign of delivery! When I complained, I received an apology but no follow-up regarding the merchandise that's been stuck in transit for two weeks. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers! I advise against buying from them!
I accidentally let liquid into the vacuum and couldn't open it to dry. I emailed the company and received a prompt apology. They verified my address to send a free replacement. The same day, they followed up with helpful tips and confirmed the replacement was on its way. I'm grateful for their quick response and kindness. My experience has been completely different from what others have described.

Initially, I wouldn’t recommend this item. I bought it in August 2025, and it stopped working. I had trouble getting a replacement or refund, but after writing this review, I’m pleased to say I received a replacement and I really enjoy using it now.
I love the convenience of a handheld sealer with reusable bags. I've been using mine daily since it arrived. There was an issue with my first order not being delivered, but when I contacted the company, they promptly sent a replacement at no charge. I have no complaints about this company or their products.
Today, I received another email from customer service asking what they can do for me. Honestly, I just want the credit they still owe me. This company has poor business practices, and according to other reviews, the product is subpar! They are extremely difficult about returns; I followed their return process, and they even tried to persuade me not to send it back. I will never consider their products again!
