The product arrived on Dec 9, 2025, but I found it difficult to use and decided to return it. However, the return process has been nearly impossible due to unresponsive customer service. I followed their email instructions, expecting a response within 24 hours, but a week has passed with no reply. I called their number, but only received a message directing me back to email. I spoke to a retail representative who was unhelpful and irrelevant to my return. This company clearly lacks customer service, and I will not buy from them again.
