The ordering and delivery experience with Chef Supply was excellent, the online process was very smooth and straightforward.
However, we have found that the welding on the tray handles is not strong. We have purchased three sets of these trays, each one has failed us. The handles do not stand up to regular use in our Rational Oven, with the welds failing so that the tray does not sit securely in the rails and cannot be held or carried by the handles.
Caution advised! The company claims to simplify their return policy but fails to disclose that certain items cannot be returned if they are intended for commercial use. We ordered some supplies for home use, but they want an unreasonable restocking fee. We won't be buying from them again or recommending them to anyone. It's best to avoid purchases from this seller.
I ordered a high-quality mandoline that took weeks to arrive, despite their claims of immediate shipping. Living nearby, the delay felt suspicious. The product arrived on Dec 9, 2025, but I found it difficult to use and decided to return it. However, the return process has been nearly impossible due to unresponsive customer service. I followed their email instructions, expecting a response within 24 hours, but a week has passed with no reply. I called their number, but only received a message directing me back to email. I spoke to a retail representative who was unhelpful and irrelevant to my return. This company clearly lacks customer service, and I will not buy from them again.
Fraudulent behavior, they previously operated a certain online store, and I was defrauded while purchasing restaurant equipment. They accumulated significant debt to their suppliers with no plans to settle it, leaving countless others without their orders or refunds.

Don’t expect quick shipping or prompt replacements for damaged items, as promised on their site. It feels like a tactic to drive sales. Take a look at the negative reviews online before making a purchase elsewhere.
I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. I was very pleased with the fast and efficient delivery, and the item was well-packaged to avoid damage during transit. Although she hasn't used it yet, she is impressed with the features and can't wait to try it out over the holidays.
What was promised as 2 to 3 days shipping turned into a week and a half. When I inquired, they claimed they would consult the shipper, but it hadn't even shipped.
