I also purchased 2 items on the basis the website advertised free delivery and fast and simple returns. I’ve had sent several emails but nothing - no responses and i received mail notifications that e-mails cannot be sent to their only email address . There is no other contact that i can see on website, seems so difficult as i need to return these items . From looking at these reviews i suppose I will have to return the items to China despite them claiming to be UK based !!! . That is so misleading that we the consumer have to cover shipping plus additional fees which I suspect will be very costly . There products are definitely not true to size. I am trying to obtain the return address but no reply after several attemptsI'm raging that I should had read these reviews first and i would never have gone near them. I've gone through Shopify also but they keep saying to contact the seller ....How!!!! .No customer service !!!!
