Company advised that my order would be delayed. I asked them to cancel order multiple times. Then they ship and say it can't be cancelled as shipped. I have to pay to return tracked to China.

I also purchased 2 items on the basis the website advertised free delivery and fast and simple returns. I’ve had sent several emails but nothing - no responses and i received mail notifications that e-mails cannot be sent to their only email address . There is no other contact that i can see on website, seems so difficult as i need to return these items . From looking at these reviews i suppose I will have to return the items to China despite them claiming to be UK based !!! . That is so misleading that we the consumer have to cover shipping plus additional fees which I suspect will be very costly . There products are definitely not true to size. I am trying to obtain the return address but no reply after several attempts
I'm raging that I should had read these reviews first and i would never have gone near them. I've gone through Shopify also but they keep saying to contact the seller ....How!!!! .No customer service !!!!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I purchased 2 items on the basis the website advertised free delivery and swift and easy returns. Extremely misleading. I’ve had nothing but trouble trying to return them. Turns out I have to return the items to china despite them claiming to be a UK based business. I have to cover shipping and additional fees which I suspect will be pricey. In order to obtain the return address I’ve also had to manage a long winded email exchange seeking agreement to return. Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read reviews first.

Do Not Use this company. Awful service. Worse communication. Clothing of poor quality. Its a shame that I had to give it 1 star. 0 stars would have been appropriate

I ‘d rate company as no stars.. ordered pair of Boots they sent wrong size , complied without request to evidential pictures of their mistake which I did & got offered 20% refund & keep boots or return to Asia paying for return myself. On reading their returns policy it states “ if the return is caused by our error e,g damaged goods , wrong item,Chelsea Boutique will cover the return shipping cost” Have sent email with this information so we’ll see!! Wished I’d read reviews before ordering from them 😡

The most awful company!

The most awful company!! Ordered over 3 weeks ago, told order was on its way, to then be told will be another 2-3 weeks. E mailed to say cancel order and refund to be told to late to cancel but I can have a “20% discount on my next order”!! As if there will be one! Disgusting service. DO NOT BUY OFF THEM 😡

Horrendous

Horrendous. Item looked nothing like advertised but they deemed it my issue offering a full refund if I pay for it to be couriered to Asia. A total scam. Please avoid this company at all costs. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

WHY DID I NOT TAKE NOTICE OF REVIEWS!!! This company do not deserve to be in business. I ordered a pair of 'magic boots' before Christmas, when they arrived they had sent a 36 instead of a 39....apparently this was my fault. They also told me that now they have changed the sizing chart, i wonder why?? If I returned them (postage cost £10.95) they would replace them...this wasn't my mistake. They then offered me 30% refund, obviously I was less than happy so decided I would return them. well blow me this process was like the crypton factor. I have to say I have never come across a company like these...please everyone believe the reviews...
