Steer clear of this service. I wish I had seen the reviews beforehand. We needed an emergency plumber and called a representative. We managed to fix the problem before their arrival but still had to pay the call-out fee. They then tried to charge us for an hour of work despite not doing anything. They insisted on a bank transfer even though we wanted to pay by card or invoice (as we are a business, not a residential property). They wouldn't provide the business name and forced us to transfer to a personal account. I've been trying to get a receipt for proof for our records. Nothing. Just avoid.
