Every time I’ve ordered online from Chemist Warehouse, my delivery has arrived with multiple items missing – in some cases, most of the order. I only discover this after reading the packing slip, which states the items are out of stock and on back order.I’m then expected to wait 3–6 weeks before either receiving the items or being refunded and told they’re unavailable. These aren’t optional purchases – they’re medications and makeup I use daily and can’t afford to wait weeks for.If an item isn’t in stock, it shouldn’t be sold online. At the very least, it should be clearly marked as out of stock. Even more frustrating is that an immediate refund isn’t offered – instead, I’m forced to wait out the “back order”, even when the item is urgent and I’ve had to buy it elsewhere in the meantime.An absolute waste of time and money
