Bought an expensive perfume that I'm very familiar with. Normally very long-lasting smell and commented on for hours after applying. This bottle has same scent but can hardly smell it within an hour of application and no one else knows it's been used. Contacted Chemist Warehouse, they tested it against the one in store and sent it back saying it was the same. Another bottle was purchased at a different chemist and this one lasts! Chemist Warehouse will not admit that their stock could be faulty. Will never buy from again. Buyers of perfume, beware!!
Ordered an item, Vitamin C 500mg 100's. Two days later received a cancellation email stating they were out of stock despite having them advertised on their website and the price would be reimbursed to my card. Phoned them and spoke to a rep asking if I could just get a similar product in a different brand. 'No', he said, to which I replied, 'so I have to pay more shipping for another order'. 'Yes'. Told him this seemed unethical and asked how long they'd been in business that they couldn't change their policy. He was disinterested, borderline rude and ended the conversation. Never again.

I have found the majority of the staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Good customer service to me is if the staff is asked where a product is and they know where the product is and are not on the till and actually by the aisle in question take the customer to the product instead of saying half way down. And a smile and a getting makes a big difference
Went to Chemist warehouse Shirley Customer service was shit when i asked where something was I told the ile but not actually shown where it was because I still couldn't find what I was looking for ended up walking out pissed off and not wanting to go back there
I telephone the Hastings store about a product. I wanted to know if they had it in stock, as I did not want to travel 40 minutes if they did not have the product. The lady said she would put one under the counter for me. I travelled the 40 minutes to get it, and nobody could find it. I had to wait sometime before they finally got on off the shelf.
Every time I’ve ordered online from Chemist Warehouse, my delivery has arrived with multiple items missing – in some cases, most of the order. I only discover this after reading the packing slip, which states the items are out of stock and on back order.I’m then expected to wait 3–6 weeks before either receiving the items or being refunded and told they’re unavailable. These aren’t optional purchases – they’re medications and makeup I use daily and can’t afford to wait weeks for.If an item isn’t in stock, it shouldn’t be sold online. At the very least, it should be clearly marked as out of stock. Even more frustrating is that an immediate refund isn’t offered – instead, I’m forced to wait out the “back order”, even when the item is urgent and I’ve had to buy it elsewhere in the meantime.An absolute waste of time and money
No order arrived, over a week. They never sent it out. When they finally did, NZ Post took over, still no delivery, forever processing. I cancelled the order, it's redirected back to Chemist Warehouse, who won't refund until it's back in their stock. This can take 9 days if NZPO. dont lose it. Meanwhile, no money, no goods.
I ordered a product available only on-line, i ordered the wrong product, same company but wrong type of product, the product wasnt opened ,The Warehouse Chemist refered me to thier T&C, see "Change of Mind" this covers 90% of all thier products incl Vitamin Supplement, Frangrances, consumable products, Medicines over the counter, ...what else is left?in my opinion The Chemist Warehouse by manipulating thier T&C are totally inflexable, and not customer focused, in any respect, typical corperate smokescreen, all care and no responsability, i will now look at all alternative chemist stores including on-line options for purchasing similar products, including scripts, i would suggest anyone buying from The Chemist Warehouse, thinks twice before buying anything from thier stores and especially on-line,
