The local chemist has proven to be extremely disappointing. It typically takes 35-45 minutes to fill prescriptions, and when I go to collect my script, I always specify a certain brand, which I have noted in the system for consistency. Yet, I still receive the wrong brand and have to wait another 10 minutes for corrections. This situation is particularly frustrating as I need this medication every four weeks and have been doing so for over a decade. Each time I submit my prescriptions, the medication is often out of stock, requiring me to wait an additional 24 to sometimes 48 hours for it to be ordered. I seriously doubt I can continue with this service and am considering switching to another chemist. It's incredibly frustrating!

I frequent the chemist in Dun Laoghaire and find the pharmacist and staff to be incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain a lengthy prescription for someone who had surgery, and the support from the team has been commendable. Kudos to all the staff at Dun Laoghaire!

The long queues during busy periods like Christmas and Easter could be improved, perhaps by offering more delivery options. Overall, their click-and-collect service has been reliable.

During my visits to the Mallow and Mahon branches, I felt constantly under surveillance by security guards, which was quite uncomfortable. All I needed was toothpaste, but even while browsing, I was followed by two guards. The price savings aren't worth the hassle, and I won't be returning. I advise others to reconsider their time here.
While the products are good, it's frustrating that online specials aren't available in-store for click and collect. I've been waiting seven days for my order, and the delivery service has been slow with no tracking updates. I won't be using delivery again.
