My wife & I regularly shop at Chemist Warehouse for both our prescription medications & also for numerous retail pharmacy products. We generally value their overall competitive pricing & friendly service, in meeting our family's needs,We especially wanted to commend & give a special "shout out" to some excellent customer service from a young Chemist Warehouse Keysborough customer service person, named Badr, who voluntarily over the last couple of days has "gone the extra mile" now on consecutive days, with a generous spirit &without being asked. Badr conscientiously volunteered in helping lift some heavy baby product boxes for my wife into our car yesterday with a friendly attitude & smile & today did the same in voluntarily helping me source a medical product that was not sold in-store, but available from the Chemist Warehouse online store (that I then subsequently ordered for home delivery).Just great friendly customer service from Badr that hopefully gets recognized & rewarded by the store's management (whom I also commended Badr to !)Friendly customer service that practically helps is always valued & when offered voluntarily & conscientously (especially without being asked) is even better! It also values us as customers & promotes repeat business!Thanks Chemist Warehouse Keysborough staff & especially Badr in the last couple of days.👌🙂
